grappling arm

so i have not found the grappling arm for the prawn suit...i have been back many times to the sea monkeys nests and mining cave lab and have not located the blueprint.. since this last update..so does anyone know where i can find the print for grapping arm and is it in the game

Yes, it is in the game. Sea monkey nests east of the Maida's base and west of Omega lab.
