I Don't Know How To Find The Z13 Or The Skeleton Artifact

This is my last marked artifact but i just can't find out how / where i need to go to get it.
It's the artifact near the bridge you need to fix in order to enter the big snowy winter land area

It's on land and the path is found under the bridge on the side by the Artic Spires.

In a cave with a string of lights leading you inside. Its maybe the easiest one to find.

If you look for while on land and have the beacon turned on, there's no reason you can't find it.

I went through every architect sites to see iff i missed the architect skeleton to complete Al-an. but i coulden't find it, so i have decided to NOT create a new discussion and rather ask it here. where could i find the skeleton?

It's at the deepest part the Lillypad Biome. Look for somewhere far below the Omega Base.
