Ice wall won't cut

I was exploring the ice land mass. I came across an elevator. I went down and into the water. Went all the way to an ice wall that said "Use laser cutter to open". I cut it open, it got to 100$, there's a big ring in it but it's still a wall. I can't pass through it.

I figured it out. After cutting the wall I managed to push the wall of ice out of the way until it disappeared. It looks like it's another way into the glacial basin.

yeah i found it before discovering laser cutter and am currently trying to cut it from outside but it won't work.

Edit - confirmed, works from the inside but not from the outside for some reason.

The ice walls in question used to work both ways. You could cut it from the outside. I did this in EA12 and EA12.5. New in EA13, you cannot. I don't know if this change is intended or a bug, given that all other ice walls can be cut from either side.

So weird. Yeah i've found a wall that can't be cut from the outside but still shows the (0%) laser cut marker. Alright guess i need to find the other end.
