How to reach the "Architect Gate Base" Signal?

With the salad update, after reaching the story end of the frostbite update (you know, when you have crafted a new body for Al-An), you get this new signal. I'm running in circles for over an hour at Glacial Basin and Arctic spires but I'm unable to reach it. Any hints?

You access it from the open water, not from the land areas. Entrance is a underwater tunnel close to where you first emerge to the water at the very start of the game. It is at the base where you used to start the game before the story changed. I don't think there is anything going on at the base in the current build though. Nothing happened when I got there but that was a while ago I tested it so might be endgame that won't be released until version 1.0.

Thank you! Didn't know, that the facility was called this way. And no, there is nothing to see, even the wall textures are missing.

The starting area you crash has a rock area you can walk up and over onto the top area and you can walk East to this spot from the very start of a new game, just be careful about freezing to death before you get there haha.
