Can someone PLEASE identify what this is? This isn't edited, I went to the coordinates personally and I heard it! No... I heard them! I turned off my music volume, cranked up the sound, and listened. What is that!?

If it's like the first game where the void is only suitable for micro and leviathan class organisms then it makes sense for there to be some background sounds. Implying very large creatures in the void, not to be seen.

I went there a few weeks back, too, and I heard that stuff too. The only thing I can think of is one or more of those sounds could be placeholders or something for the Shadow Leviathan? Probably not, but its just a thought.

As sea emperors have more of a chirping like sound

You can literally hear it in the first game after you hatch the eggs in the aquarium

It is widely speculated among the community that the sounds you are hearing are (early) sounds of the to-be implemented shadow leviathan. If you listen to these sounds while looking at a picture of the shadow leviathan it does match rather well. Some sounds though sound wavy and ghost like. Some sound like peculiar clicking-like echoes. Some sound like distant roars. Some sound calm and at piece. What do i think? That these are the sounds of the cut-candidate creatures on the favro page. The wavy ghostly sounds are the shadow leviathan, the clicking echoes are the chelicerate, the distant roars are the ice dragon and the peaceful calm bubbly noises are the vent garden.
