Module Disappears

I was out and about with three modules attached and needed to get back to my habitat for water really fast so I undocked my modules and went and got some water.

When I returned one of my modules was missing and there was no blip for it on my scanner any more.

I ended up exiting without saving (lost 45 minutes).

This was on the way back from Jeffrey's base.

I lost my too. It buggy as hell.

Did the same exit without save. And regretted big time.

I didn't regret not saving as I had already done the hard part and got the materials to build the modules. I lost some fishing, etc., but not bad on the whole.

I was attempting to enter the aquarium module (trying to figure out why I can't attach it) when something odd happened and I found myself and the module about 130 meters away from the seatruck. Aquarium module seems to have been launched and I was in it.
