Where do I get water?
I'm still very early in the game but not sure how to get water to lower my thirst. I've played subnatuica but never on survival mode.

thanks for any help.

Bladderfish. You can turn them into filtered water.

Thank you

Drink ocean 😂😂
The only source of water you can get en masse right now is Filtered Water, which requires catching Bladderfish. There are salt deposits around, but nothing that provides calcium to make into bleach (the core ingredient for Disinfected Water).

Creepvine seeds provide 10 H2O. Fill up on those when you happen to be passing by, and hold on to bladder fish/filtered water when you need some away from the kelp forest.

Does anyone one else feel like there are barely any bladder fish? I've been swimming around for hours and hours and came across one single bladder fish.

I've never been low on Bladder fish.
It seems that there are more around at night than the day.

That's my reaction, too. But they work. On the other hand, I suspect they taste really bad (if we could taste them).

Would it make sense to laser cut ice into fresh water? I know solid solubility in water decreases as temperature lowers, but would this make the game too easy?
