Lilypad Islands - Where are they?

Anyone who has been keeping a close eye on development these past few months would have probably noticed that the developers have put some work into the Lilypad Islands. They even showed them off once in a bug report video about 2 months ago. The only problem is that I cant find them. If anyone can tell me where they are, or if for some reason they aren't in game yet, please let me know.

Any indication where ? I've strayed far from the starting biomes but only found unfinished ones.

On the island with the cargo rocket, walk around the base. Get into the water, and swim roughly 90 degrees away from the base. They should be some distance away in that direction; on atleast medium graphics settings some little glitchy black boxes may form inside the lilypads when you outside of visual range of the lilypads themselves, so use that to find them as well.
