How would one export the penguin 3D model for plush / 3D printing project?

Absolutely in love with this penguin design since it was first shown, and now with the trailer I'm sure, I just gotta make one!

Bird plushes are something of a hobby, and my "secret" trick is using 3D printed beaks (along with feet, though in this case I might use vinyl for the feet with a 3D printed claw).

I'd love to make it full size, with all the bells and whistles (retractable feet and tail, opening beak, glass eyes), but that would be extremely difficult without a model to take the beak from.
