Power Cell charger

i need some pointers to the power cell charger.
I'm kinda getting low on resources for power cells and i can't find them.
I already build a base, found the islands and the base, but...

Some pointers would be appreciated.

I think I got that from Omega base.

yeah its in the Omega Base in the Giant Lilly pad Biome

also if you have found the Moon Pool it will charge your sub!

which direction is the Omega base?
I found the base on the island with the broken com tower, and a few shipwrecks east of the island, but no other base.

Should be a little "mountain" underwater between both shipwrecks...

Wow..not easy to find ;)
Aehm..i suppose the big room cannot be scanned and build?
Tried it, but couldn't.
