Where is the Fabricator Caverns biome ?
This is probably full of spoilers so here it goes: I have found all the purple tablet fragments, crafted the purple tablet, went to the Architect Base in the Arctic Spires, the dialogue between Al-An and Robin played, (Al-An saying that the vessel can now be drafted in a "facility designed for this purpose". With some googling I found out that the facility is located in the Fabricator Caverns biome, which has been changing locations and getting updated recently. However I have no idea where that is right now. Also, some people have said that the Crystal Cave goes deeper than the entrance of the Architect Base, but I have no idea if that is still the case and if yes, how to go there.

The Fabricator Caverns is pretty much the Crystal Caves. To get there, you need to start at the Lillypad islands. You've probably been to Marguerit's base before. If so, go there, and then just go deeper and deeper whenever possible. Eventually, you will get in the biome with purple crystals. From there, just go deeper still. Eventually you will see red crystals, which is the right biome. Then go deeper until you reach about 890 meters or so, so you don't destroy your Seatruck. You will have to get out of your Seatruck at the last part and swim for the actual Fabricator base.
To fully do everything in the Fabricator base, you also need to go in 3 total caches. You've already been in one, the Arctic Spires cache. Then you need to find one in the Deep Lillypad biome, and one in the biome with the purple crystals.

Thanks for the reply! In order to reach the Fabricator base, do I have to go through the vertical path surrounded by crystals that leads to the Architect Base, or is it in another part of the Purple Crystals biome ? Plus, I already have the recipies for alien tissue, organs and the 3rd part that I don't recall, if these are what you meant by the "3 total caches".

Yeah, if you scanned all 3 parts, then you have to actually craft them. You should have gotten the blueprints for them already. So if you built all 3, then just go to the Fabricator base. Don't go in that verticle bath surrounded by crystals, you just keep going straight at you'll see a shadow leviathan or two. Thats good, because that means you're in the right direction. You'll have to dodge 3 or 4 shadow leviathans, but just keep pushing past them. So yes, it is in another part of the Purple Crystals biome.

Thanks a lot, I did find the fabricator base!

That's the part I was missing, and came here looking for. Thanks!

D'oh! Just zoomed down there, and it's another Architect Tissues, that I already scanned in Glacial Basin, after I used the purple tablet. The other one I got was Architect Organs in the purple crystal caves. What's the third component of Al-An's body that I'm missing, and where can I find it, please?

Really? The only 3 components are in the deep lillypad biome, the purple crystal caves, and the arctic spires biome. Not sure what you're talking about, or if your game is a little messed up...

Yeah, the game must be messed up. Went to all three areas, but two of the areas had the same component. Oh, well. Might console command the final blueprint just to see the cutscene. My voice log already says "grats on getting to the end of Early Access, come back in 1.0 for the rest of the story" after I sent up the second rocket with Enzyme 42.

Used the "goto" console commands and figured out what I'd done wrong. I completely missed the Architect Skeleton in the Arctic Spires Cache; I must've thought THAT was where I'd gotten the Architect Tissues, but apparently I'd already gotten that in the Deep Lilypads Cave Cache when I was collecting flower spores, and had forgotten that's where I'd gotten it.

tl;dr: my game's not bugged, I'm just an idiot. :P

Hah, it's fine. It isn't like you really knew what you were doing... I was really confused too, and had to look up quite a bit. Still in Early Access, though..
