How to obtain Moonpool?

I've checked Youtube and every video I've seen on subject. Already has blueprint in habitat builder.
I checked wiki on subject and not found answer.
The post in this forum mentioned to search Marg's base.
But that is way deeper then Sea Truck can go without depth modual.
To best of my knowlage to make that, requires moonpool and vehical upgrade station.
How do you get moonpool now?
Is there another way to make upgrades for Sea Truck?

you can make upgrades in the fabricator module for the truck. No moonpool required.
Sam sends you the blueprints for depth modules.
