Basically, the sea truck is a modified sea moth with attachable modules that give you all of the features that the Cyclops had, except a torpedo bay and any of the cyclops upgrades. Those may come.
Thank you for the reply. I did some experimenting in the meantime, and figured out that stopping to pilot the Seatruck will essentially shut down its engine, rendering it invisible to smaller predators (tested it with the shark in twisty bridges, did not try with Leviathans, and to be far, I would not either). One problem is that unless you have a module attached, leaving piloting mode also means exiting the Seatruck, so this tactic is only applicable with at least one module attached.
