Prawn Suit Fragments

Does anyone know where the fragments are? I found an area with a small section under a mountain with two fragments but I've been trying to find the other two.

Any ideas?

In the previous update they were in the cave below where you found the first two suites, but in this update that cave is now sealed off with a metal door that doesn't appear to be openable. It doesn't matter though because even if you could scan all 4 suits you need special type of glass to make prawn suits that isn't in the game yet. So bottom line, the two prawn suits you can scan are just a tease at this point.

Yes there are; it is a suicide mission, so leave all items at your base besides the glider and scanner.

Go to the beacon at rocket island, infront of it in the water is a massive crevis that has hot volcano level geizures.
Go all the way down that crack (your seatruck wont make it past the first one) Simply get out, use your glider to go past that one and downwards, then you'll see another volcano, and another, and another. Simply wait for them to go off, then speed past.
Once you are past them, you'll reach an underground cave, just go all the way down, you might get lost (so this might take 1 or two tries)
There is another entrance to the mining site in this cave (i found it myself) you'll be able to scan 4-6 other prawn suits here, you will not have enough breath to get back.

Before you get excited, the glass required to make the prawn suit it not in the game yet, so you cant make it, but you can atleast get the prawn suit schematic.

I used the Sea Glide to find the cave entrance, put down a beacon then went back to base. I built a air pump, and filled my inventory with pipes.

Went back, deployed the air pump and piped my way all down to where the suits are.

Takes a while, uses up a lot of titanium resources, but you have air to go exploring those areas, not that they go anywhere...

Just pick up the pipes on your way out, and the air pump, and use this idea for the next treachorous area to explore =)

:-{) good idea , never thought of doing that , but I usually have 3 Air Tanks with me at all times . I found this entrance also , but did not go far enough , only ended up where the 2 Fragments are .

That is an insane Dive , just went in with 3 high capacity tanks and did not have enough Oxygen , died . So now going to make another Oxygen Tank or sent up a pump and tubing , which I have no idea how to use , so this will be a learning lesson for me .

I would be really nice if you could " deconstruct " everything you create , pump , pipes ....etc

And by that, has no prawnsuit depth module not been introduced to the game yet ? I am at the point where i would like to explore further down than the 400 Meters they can.

The entrance to the mine with the Prawn Suit Fragments is around -400, -150, -860
