Should I get this on PC or PS4?
I've got a pretty good PC and a PS5 that can play PS4 games through backwards compatibility. I've got a 4K 144hz monitor and a 4K 60hz TV. Either way it sounds like the game is 30fps, but on PC I can get 4K while PS4 only has 1080P. However I plan to get the sequel 'We Love Katamari Reroll' on the same system I got the first game on. And the PS5 version of that has Haptic Feedback, 4K and 60fps. Also The Katamari games had always been Playstation games, so I feel it might be natural to get them on there. I was just wanting to know if there's any massive advantage to get them on PC, besides the first game in 4K. Or disadvantage if the PC version has any bugs the console version doesn't.

This reroll pretty much fixes all that and the game looks s m o o t h when playing at 144hz in my experience. Looks gorgeous at 1440p, moreso likely in 4k.

I don't think the console versions are meant to go above 60 fps so that's a large difference if you are on a high fresh rate monitor, and as long as you have a controller it's pretty much the same experience but with more options (keyboard controls seem weird but I'm sure some people like or even prefer them). I don't think there's any bugs here that aren't in the console versions, no version has been patched yet either.

This is the first game..

There's not going to be a performance difference. Just go with what you like to play on. It is beautiful on a large TV.

I know the games locked to 30 fps either way. Are there any issues, bugs, or glitches on the PC version that aren't on the console version? Same goes for the sequel 'We Love katamari Reroll'.

Ps4 hands down. The pc port is wack. And when it does work, it makes you do the tutorial in the smallest sized window they have.

You get to have a physical copy on PS4. Doubly so if you have a Switch, since it adds portability.
