Can't delete steam_autocloud.vdf, whether game is open or not
I'm trying to resolve the notorious stupid corrupted save bug. I know the solution, but whether I have the game open or not steam_autocloud.vdf will come back every time the game is launched. I've deleted it from both the AppData and the steamlibrary folders. Yes, I disabled cloud saves. Anyone else having this problem and/or have a solution?

While it's annoying, you can simply ignore it and just click away the notification.

If steam keeps regenerating it then you didn't do it correctly.

1. Disable cloud for this game
2. Delete steam_autocloud.vdf
3. Restart steam

You can enable cloud again after beating the game to upload your save.

No, I am doing it right. Cloud saves are disabled for this game, I disabled them days ago for this game and Steam has been restarted many times since then. I'm in the AppData/local/Sunset/Saves folder deleting this file and the file immediately returns when the game is launched. Doesn't matter if the game is open or not. ♥♥♥♥ this, I'm returning this crap game.
