yeah. As far as I know, avast and bitdefender there's a workout. But if you open this game with Comodo running, you're f***ed. Impossible for the game to work unless you restore computer.

I'm willing to bet they're being swamped with complaints, so I'll just be patient and play something else... for now.

If you have an issue with Comodo Firewall, here is how I fixed it for my friend. The problem is you double click on the program and it launches for about 5-7 seconds and then exits. To fix this, go to Comodo Firewall Advanced settings. Then go to Advanced protection. You need to check the box for Don't detect shellcode injections in these applications. You then click on these applications and select the sunset.exe file. The program will now launch.

Comodo shellcode injections detection exclusion works like a charm, should be way up there in troubleshooting guides and whatnot.

Well, it worked for Avast. I had to add game's exe to Exceptions
(Steam\steamapps\common\SunsetOverdrive\Sunset.exe)

It'd help people to troubleshoot it if you posted your system information. Operating System, CPU type and speed, RAM, GPU, and any anti-virus software you may be running.

It took me a while to get it running when I first got it; I was on Windows 7 and had/have Bitdefender, and both of those took some working around with.

The more information you provide, the more likely someone can help you. Maybe not me, but it's quite possible someone has had the same experience.

Make sure you look at the first stickied topic regarding the game not starting/ AV issues to see if anything there applied to you.
