Cant play in windowed mode

i set it to be windowed and it changes but i cant set the right resolution, i actually want it to be smaller than my monitors actual resolution.
how do i do that? can anyone help?

I'd also like to have the windowed option fixed.

I'm trying to figure this out myself too. I tried pressing good ole ALT+ENTER to get the game into a resizable window but it won't let me drag the corners to resize.

I decided to try a program I used ages ago out on this game and it worked. Just look up Windowed Borderless Gaming , it's a free program. I just tested it on my 1280 X 1024 resolution monitor and set the game to run in 1024 X 768 and it did it. There is no border though so I don't know how to drag it. It seems to work. If you decide to use it and can't figure it out let me know I will try and help.
