Fizzie Balloon On Top Of Whale in Amusement Park

can i use a Glider to collect Fizzie Ballons?

Yes you can use the glider I did it for a few , just keep a eye on fuel though. Also I'm pretty sure the balloons will appear again if you fail the mission because it didn't save the game yet.

Are you in the beginning of the game? I'm asking because certain abilities will make getting some of these possible and you only get them after progressing through certain parts of the story.

One tip is that you can jump than smash the ground using attack than press jump right than and you will get a huge boost.

so i have to finish the Glider Challenge to register that the Balloon was collected?
i guess i just glide into the Balloon to pick it up?


i finished the main game and i am going after the remaining achievements

this particular Fizzie Balloon is sitting way ontop of a Whale structure(in the Amusement Park Area) surronded by soda cans
cant use the cans to land on or wall crawl
just no way to get up there ..so i was hoping a near by Glider challenge would work

I just got on the whale by using the melle jump boost on the building next to the cans and than using dash to get to the lowest soda can. Also remember that you can get a boost in jump height on bouncy objects by pressing jump as soon as you land on a bounce object. Thing I'm having problems with is the energy ball challenges.

so you were able to land on the soda can and jump from can to can from there?
havent started the Challenge achievos yet
will attempt those when im done with all of the collectable achievos

Yeah but you have to use the jump boost (forgot to mention) by pressing the jump button as soon (within a sec) as you bounce on the can. I have the game loaded now and Im right at that part.
