Need help with Shipping Yard
Sooo there's this Fizzie Balloon all the way up there and I can't reach it, as neither grinding, nor the super bounce seem to reach high enough

And I've tried everything, Reddit, YouTube, googling it, not one guide for it.

Does anyone know how?

The platform with the yellow markings right next to my character is something that you can bounce on. Should easily get you to the balloon.
