FPS Capped at 30?
I have changed the ingame settings and lowered my graphics to see if I just didn't meet the reqs to run at 60fps. I get 30fps on all settings. Any ideas?

P.S. It's 50fps at the menu screen before booting the game up, 30fps after that.

What are your specs?
One Elf Nov 23, 2018 @ 1:40pm
GTX970 (3.5+5VRAM)
16G RAM(8x8 DDR# iirc? I'll check later)
CPU i5-4590S (3.0GHZ x4)

I have it running on a Samsung SSD. Also it seems Batman AA is running at 30fps too and it's barely touching my resources so I'm starting to think it's NVidia related.

Go to advanced video . you can change the fps limit there.

I actually found the error. it's the classical V-Sync=30fps lock. I usually turn it on to prevent screentearing ahead of time instead of risking it. In this case it locked me to 30fps. Welp.

There's an option in-game that allows you to set your frame rate limit.

If this is in response to me my initial message stated I got 30fps on all graphical settings, this included FPS caps. This didn't include VSYNC as I forgot it did more than fix screentearing in some games. It was inded VSYNC.

You shouldn't need to turn Vsync on in game to stop tearing as this game doesn't have exclusive fullscreen. Fullscreen seems to be pretty much borderless windowed.

Usually I have to turn vsync on or put it in borderless to stop tearing but I haven't seen any in this game at all.
