Well, I was forced to refund. I'm sorry but this game isn't optimized well.

It was almost certainly an antivirus issue. It happened to me and a lot of other people: you just had to add sunset.exe to your AV's Exceptions list (assuming of course that you meet min spec).

Clone knows this, but for some reason chose to keep schtum rather than help you. Bloodymindedness at its worst.

i cant still play it and i also put it on, beta mode, and on av exception
my graphics card its a gtx 1060 6GB i got 16 gb of ram ddr4 at 2400hz and also a amd ryzen 1600x procesor but i cant launch it

Sunset Overdrive freeze my pc after 5-10 minute or after cutscene. Accept this the game is fluid at 1920x1080 with all option active and with 30 fps stable.
This is my configuration:

cpu: Intel i72600k
gpu: AMD Asus rx 560 4gb OC
ram: 8gb ddr3 1600 mhz
system: Windows 10 pro 64 bit

I donwload the beta patch too but without change.

And i have the latest driver.

I can basically get to the main menu. New game, I get a grey screen and a doorbell sound like i'm about to watcha custscen oepning and it force closes. I also have something in the beginning were it prompt skip but the screen is black, but green tint like a cut scene is supposed to play. Game crashed before on this one, crashes each time now.

Hope they fix it, I was so stoked this game was coming to PC, do not own consoles, so seeing this made my day. Now it's been awhile and I STILL can't play the damn game.

Also beta did nothing. Firewall allows it.

So if you have AVG it'll block it without telling you. I went and added it to my exceptions in avg and it launched no problems. It works for me now no problem. see if that helps you out
