Meant to ask - are you using studio drivers or "game ready" drivers?
(Which are not the latest anymore, my bad)
Cant say whether or not cut scenes are affected. Could be an Nvidia issue then.
I am using the studio drivers. Definitely seems to be either the latest windows update or Nvidia update.
Perhaps it's the way it's meant to be played?
This solved my problem. What is weird though is that the Windows store version doesnt have this issue.
This worked for me. Only tried for two minutes but seemed to do the trick. Shame. D.O.F. never used to be a problem.
