How do I find more of them?

Do tombs and defeat bosses.

I will need one for the last transmitter in underground... Till now nothing has dropped one of them in underground... Main map cleared yet, completed @100%.

In the underground there are fishing spots who drop blue eye orbs, there is a boss battle, a timed chest and other spots to find them. I had the same problem not long ago, but there are enough to activate everything underground.

I don't quite remember but I think I found one in a digging spot once, so you could try that if you haven't. The aforementioned timed chest btw is in Crown.

I have cleared the first area, now Im clearing the right area, I have 0 eyes, I was unable to activate an obelisk... I hope to find some soon... Sigh... @tarek, @stridswombat thanks for the tips.

You have to reach a timed chest within a short amount of time of leaving a campfire . In other words, rest at a campfire to reset the timer.
You may need to break down barriers along your path to the timed chest, and/or wear items that help your speed.

Yes clearing your path to the chest is a good move. Usually its not so hard, I do them with 1 sec remaining. 1 time I had 5secs :p. And dont use the portal to Tabula Rasa while trying to reach the chest! That will lock the chest!

Equipping the right gear can help with timed chests - both the Road Warrior outfit and the Sweatbands increase running speed as does the Hibernus obelisk.

Yes - I totally forgot about those; they aren't as direct or controllable but you absolutely can bump up your running speed after making a few specific recipes. The nice thing is that they're permanent buffs.
