If you like the "break stuff to make stuff" part, pretty much every survival game will do, and if you want to focus on that, try coszy stuff like "I am future". Definetely a different breed of game, but hey, gather ♥♥♥♥, break ♥♥♥♥, upgrade ♥♥♥♥ to make more ♥♥♥♥ is the same loop.
If you like the exploration part, opening new paths by upgrading your tools and whatnot, Core Keeper might do the trick. There is also base building, but it's a more classical survival approacdh, with tools having durability and new tools requiring new materials from new biomes.
But games just like Dysmantle ? Nope, nothing quite like it.
