Another way to restart?
I just got there and as far as I can guess it is to give you a chance to start over with mana items as I just "stored" these items onto the Ark. I would have liked it if they had asked me to store CPUs as I have 17 at the moment. Mana items are nice to have but CPUs are much more useful!
I may do it as I truly love the game and also knowing that even if I try to get all of my Ascension towers to +3 at this time it doesn't really give me anything. It also helps that I am at level 181 so the early part should go quite easily ( I did NG+ earlier ). I also now know that I should avoid the shelters that require fast reflexes at the beginning and just do the early ones until I get the boost items once again.

Yoy are probably right. However ark 4 is very confusing - seems like some developer egg. When you launch ship, there is information that your way not gona well, so I was thinking that after ark 4 that could change. Seems not.
