Ark Level 4

Just unlocked Level 4, examined the 3 red items and deposited all required mana. Is there anything more to this? Do I just leave through the Pod on level 3 just as before? Do I need to find these items first?

Now that you've deposited the mana materials, they will come with you whenever you start NG+ on level 3. The red items appear to just be a teaser for their new upcoming game, Dysplaced.

Thanks for the clarification. I ended up creating a duplicate save and testing it out and sure enough, what you say seems to be the case. I did in fact take everything with me including the mana. Good to know about the teaser. Otherwise, I might have spent all night looking for those items before starting NG+.
