i'm having the same issue here. I have made at least 60 to 70% of the dlc and still searching for it.
After 6 hours of exploring, you need to go to the temporal laboratory and do some puzzles to get the gantry bridge key. :)

I believe there's a gate not too far from the place you input the two keys that you end up opening by turning off some things. I found a spot I hadn't been able to get into just north after some fiddling around with turning things off. The path was kind of hard to see for me. You end up opening the gate near the campfire to get back easier after. The actual key is at Morta 785, 178.

I'm also looking for the gantry key. I've gotten to the temporal laboratory area, but can't get in! Got past the first gate by using the beam gun and can get near the lab but doesn't seem to be any way in, I can't get to the area above (where there's a mana gate) either. I can get all around it but must be missing something. Help!!

I think the second area has a mirror you have to bounce the beam off of. (update: my below post is more detailed and accurate)
I think it was the second area that also had some trees to cut down, which eventually leads to you standing in front of at a soda machine.

I'm not sure we're talking about the same area. I start at the campfire by the lab entrance. Solve a puzzle and use the beam gun to hit the generator and it opens the gate on the right. It's once I get past that gate that I'm stuck. I don't see a mirror or trees to cut down there. Just a path across some girders that gets you to an alcove where you can't go anywhere. You can fall down below and get back up top via a girder there, but that just puts you right back at the campfire. It must be something simple and I'm going to feel dumb but I can't get inside the laboratory where there is a mana gate (presumably to get you to top area you also can't access.)

Ok, I went back there so it isn't from memory.

Start by going northeast from the "Temporary Laboratory Entrance" campfire.

area one (has paper to read, "Relief Effort Log"): sliding/rotate puzzle, and walk a tiny bit ahead to have a path for the gun

before area two is where the gun has to be bounced off a mirror

area two (has paper, "Relief Effort Log II"): if you chop the trees, you can easily cross the girders, which leads to a mana rift (if you don't see anything obvious glowing blue, it means you haven't completed that quest on the mainland (i.e., the base game); no big deal, it just has some extra stuff and "Relief Effort Log IV")); in any case, the path dips down next to the locked exit door, which allows easy access to shoot the laser gun target

just past the door, you have to drop down a small ledge (so no turning back, unless you loop around again)

that leads to the final area, that has "Relief Effort Log III"; that puzzle can't open both doors at the same time, but once the doors open, they stay open; that leads to the timed crate, gantry key, and the bridge to lower to exit the area

Idk maybe my game has a glitch or something. i do the sliding/rotate puzzle and aim the gun to start the generator and the gate opens to the right. When you say bounce the gun off a mirror, do you mean that first puzzle to open the gate? I dont see a mirror after i go through the gate. There's a girder with a generator and a power unit right nest to each other on top of it, but i can't hit it with the beam or if i do it's not doing anything.

I don't remember a paper with Relief Effort Log but maybe I read it already and destroyed it. I've pretty much chopped down every tree, bush etc. in the entire area around the campfire. Really frustrated because I've completed virtually everything else but can't get into the damn lab. .

OK I found the mirror by watching a YT walkthrough, it was on the edge of a girder. Never would have thought to look there. Got through to the end and destroyed the warhead, now going back to finish up some quests and try and get 100% on POI.
