What does Deflect do?
What exactly does Deflect do? There's a straight number to it, like 200, but if it deflected 200 damage then I shouldn't be taking any damage from weaker enemies.
I don't see anything to tell me what that number means in terms of, do I take this item for deflect, or that item for reduction.

The number is actually a percentage. In this case it would deflect 200% of the damage taken. I'll note that down for improvement.

Oh, so it acts like a sort of spiked armor that damages enemies? I've been wondering what it does.

you can actually see an enemy get damaged when they hit you, if you look closely. I think i have about 325 deflect and when a dog hit me, he took like 7 points of dmg.

All I know about deflect is if a turret shoots me it kills itself and I just heal up and get shot by the next one. Not the most efficient way to kill a turret but it works

This probably shouldn't be called "Deflect", since that means "hit something else instead of me".
A quick Google search shows quite a few people confused by this.

If it is a percentage, it should be stated as such.
It should probably be something like "Damage returned to Enemies"
(Or just "Thorns Effect" since that is the standard gaming term for this effect.)

Reflect would be the more appropriate translation.
