Report a translation problem
A quick Google search shows quite a few people confused by this.
If it is a percentage, it should be stated as such.
It should probably be something like "Damage returned to Enemies"
(Or just "Thorns Effect" since that is the standard gaming term for this effect.)
you got it the other way around.
from oxford dictionary:
deflect:
-cause (something) to change direction by interposing something; turn aside from a straight course.
-(of an object) change direction after hitting something.
-cause (someone) to deviate from an intended purpose. (=> this is the key meaning)
reflect:
-(of a surface or body) throw back (heat, light, or sound) without absorbing it.
-think deeply or carefully about.
in other words:
deflect = doesn't hit you at all, then hits the attacker.
reflect = hits you first, then hits the attacker.
I have modified the localisation to reflect (heh) the suggested phrasing.
Ah dev, about Italian localizaion...
You translated ring with "anello", for cash registers.
Its not correct. See https://dictionary.cambridge.org/it/dizionario/inglese-italiano/ring
IMO it could be translated as "squillo"... Or generic "suono".
The issue here must have been that the text string "ring" has been translated without context, so the translator wasn't aware that it was not the thing you have on your hand.
I have amended the localisation to "Squillo".
((( Squillo ))) will be as ((( ring ))) (sound emitted by...)
