If you are sure you should have done everything correctly, please submit a bug report with (F1) so we can have a look at it. Otherwise, what quest phase are you in? What objectives are displayed to you?

The bug report feature takes the current game window as a screenshot. It could be a possibility to add multiple pictures, but the report feature also sends your save game, so we are able to see check through issues more thoroughly.

If you are able to, please send a bug report (F1) as well. If you were able to open two of the boxes, that means you are on the correct stage of the quest and there is likely a bug there. I can't replicate the issue on my own.

Looking at your (supposed) report, it seems like that you have already progressed to the next part of the quest. If the quest is giving you an objective of picking up the "TPU", then this means that you have already found the correct crate and it has left something on the ground. Check back to the southernmost location and you should find something there. Sorry for the late answer!

And for the OP, I added an additional check that should forward the quest to the next phase if the quest item that is needed for the phase you seem to be stuck in is destroyed.

I have the same problem and I have submitted a bug report. I'm currently in the process of quest "a way forward". After finding three boxes according to the map, I can't search the box. I don't have the tips of press "e". And when I try to attack the box, it show that "it's very important and can't be destroyed".

If you are in an earlier stage of the quest, eg. your objective is to "Look around the Central Railway Station for clues on a power cell", you need to have done that first in order to progress through the quest. The boxes become interactable in a certain phase of the quest. I'm unsure whether this was your report as those are anonymised, but please reply if this helped or didn't help you so we'll continue with troubleshooting.

I have checked my game and I found that it's true that I am in the earlier stage of the quest to "Look around the Central Railway Station for clues on a power cell", and after I found the clue , it works , I can continue my game now.
Btw, I was misled because I didn't fully understand the objective of the request when I was in the stage of "look around the central railway station for clubs on a power cell" (yes, the bug report you mentioned is me), so I opened the quests page (by pressing the ESC key) to check the details of the quest, and found that I could "check the delivery map", Then I went to the place indicated by the map to find the box. But in the normal process of the game, "the delivery map" can only be viewed after searching the "mighty mall", but I can view it in advance through the "quests" page, which seems inappropriate and may mislead players like me. Therefore, I suggest a more detailed revision of the quest statement.
