on the track to nowhere
"maybe the parts can be found somewhere"

could this description be any more vague? i've destroyed almost every breakable interior object and a huge quantities of walls and i can't find anything anywhere that has anything to do with the quest. PLEASE start including some information with these. I've just been wandering around for hours smashing things because i have no clue where to go. a quest marker, a city name, a grid coordinate, a general direction from a specific point i can actually reference after the first time i see it?

"This is a longer term objective. Don't sweat it." You have to go to a different zone, specifically the north part of Solaris.

The quest was originally written when we didn't have everything in place in the zone in question, we will modify the quest texts and markers with the next bugfix patch. For now, you should follow the hints given out by the other poster. Thanks for the feedback!

You don't need the parts to get to all parts of Solaris.

I too have spent several hours looking and can't find the parts. It may be what makes me finally stop playing. I assumed it was in the Desert Zone somewhere, but I've cleaned it out from the Pyramid to the Mansion.

The train parts for that train you do not get until much later. Line to get them goes like this. WARNING spoilers ahead.

1. From sunburn desert, start the archaeology quest near pyramid. That will bring you through Serpents crossing to get the gas mask.

2. Once you have the gas mask, you can enter Central. Either from Narrows Valle or Frove. ( Where the green smoke is)

3. You must do the train quest in Central to get to the other side of river there. The train will bring you to Polaris, you can walk back down from there to the west side of Central.

4. From Central go west to Westport.

5. From Westport go south to Solaris.

There should be a quest marker on the north-east part of Solaris for the train parts.

Note there is no rush to get there, the train you are trying to repair, only leads back to Solaris.

So, now i'm at Solaris, and there are missile turrets that kill me right away. What to do? Where to go? I'm at lost on quests too.. Nothing seems to go on?

Out of all of the internet this was the most straightforward and easiest to follow. Thank you.:tjcutetoast::Bear_appearance:
