Dumpsters, tyres and i think there are a few others that drop rubber.
I've noticed its a pretty scarce resource too.

This one is quite known, you go to Power Station (Hedgefield) then kill Puker slightly north of it, camp and repeat. However the game has enough rubber hat comes naturaly so there is no need to farm it.

Dumpsters, large wire spools, washing machine, and small & large tires. However, if you are only wanting to farm it do what Panterich said. It is by far the easiest way to farm it quickly.

Go to Power Station Camp fire. Kill the Zombie in 1394/613. Grab the Rubber piece. Go to the Campfire to reset. Repeat. Unlimited Rubber. If you mounted the Zombie Perma-Death Signal youre screwed and have to start over ^^
In the South of it is a Zombie that drops a Iron Bar you can farm in early game before you are able to dismantle the fences.
