my gf and I got it during beta, you can get it through PvE missions but it's a 1% chance for the item to drop.

Oh no problem, we both got lucky getting it in the beta, at one point I got fox ears and she got a fox tail. The chances were pretty slim but we played the hell out of the beta. Right now it sucks because we can't get in a channel so we can both play together, so we figured we'd wait till the connection issues are solved.

You get the cat ears from an Affinity Reward with Ensher(Glasses girl).

There is a cat tail-- you'll have to do Lire(elf girl's) Epic Missions to unlock the quest "The Black Fang". The Tail drops from there, at a 1%, 3%, and 5% rate depending on difficulties. Keep running it, and you'll get it eventually.

Gonna bump this, because i wanna ask... did anyone was able to get the cat ears from Ensher(Glasses girl)? because i was checking her rewards and i can't see the cat ears, yet :/

They changed it. The fox ears are from Marian Vendor(Diabolic Witch DLC) only, now. Back in CBT, Ensher gave ears.

I know, there is 2 kind of ears, the Cat ears and the Fox ears, and i was looking to get the cat, not the fox and i don't know where to get them :(

I think it might have been moved to costume loot boxes. As I have not seen any semblance of cat ears from the NPCs, i'm inclined to believe they're locked to the loot boxes.
