TV Bug/Game Freeze

After the day-ender where you cycle through the channels until you hit politics every time I interact with a TV it bugs out, leaving Sean staring at the TV without any dialogue or any way to escape it, besides running out the clock.

Also you can walk on top of Roy's roof where the leaves on the roof at the left side of it, and walk out of bounds in the abandoned building by going left/right at the entrance.
