Packet loss (playing on SA)?

Drinking juice, using duct tape, getting items, going on vehicles, leaving the bus and going back and forth from free fall. Why do all them have such weird time delays? Sometimes it's instant, more usually it's too late and I die because I couldn't heal in the time I had, or couldn't get a good weapon before the gas went over it. My ping averages under 30ms, so I have no idea why it seems worse than other games I play at 180-200 ping.

The servers are in Sao Paulo, Brazil
if the connection to there is not good then it will be a higher ping
Although in terms of ping spikes I get them a lot to SA but I assume that's since I am in the UK which is very far from the servers

Huh, I'm only two states away and hardly have connection issues on pier to pier games with friends from the location. I've seen people complain about the rollback, maybe that could be one of the issues? I honestly have no idea personally since I'm not from that field. Much obliged for the quick reply, anyhow!
