Stuck in Loading Screen

I just download the game and everything was ok til' i look for a match, I got stuck in the joining match screen for more than 15 minutes and still nothing. I thought it was my internet but when i checked, i had a really good ping. Help me please.

try the following.

1. verify integrity of game cache on Steam by right clicking the game in the library, go to properties, go to local disk and verify integrity of game cache.

2. try a different server region I think when servers are highly populated they can cause connection issues, try connecting to other regions to see if that works.

3. check the game is allowed through windows firewall by going to control panel > windows defender firewall > allow an app or feature through windows defender firewall and choose Super Animal Royale and set it allow.
