it never starts now! always crash! HELP! (SOLVED)

sooo i've bought this game after falling in love with the demo, i love it so much and i decided to buy it.
when i played the demo, even after a first crash, it worked well, it was all fluid and smooth, no bug, nothing that didn't work, but when i bought it i tried to run it but it doesn't work, it crashes with an error that creates a file crash in a folder of the game, where all crashes are kept, it never started even if i tried again and again, it's not possible that my PC can't run it! it has the minimum requires, and it worked with demo, so why shouldn't it work with full game?
i really would like some help for this, i'd love to play this game especially cause i bought it, and i don't understand why it doesn't work
little information: i'm not a computer nerd, so i'm not very expert, but i'll do the possible to make it work
