I use keyboard and mouse. Controller just seems like a harder way to play hence why people on consoles will have an option to opt out of crossplay or not.

I tried controller a few times before. Aiming isnt exactly precise compared to mouse and keyboard. That wouldnt be an issue for console only people. Generally keyboard and mouse will be better for accuracy and spot on tracking. If you're doing crossplay with pc, it'll be somewhat of a disadvantage to use a controller against someone with another input type because of fast reaction times

I struggle with mouse and keyboard, so I use controller, I do lose a lot of engages, but if you stick to none single shot guns you should be ok.

I don't reccomend controller for this game its hard and it also takes a while to set up.

I tried to play with a controller once, but it just felt like i gave myself an unnecessary disadvantage

I have a traumatic brain injury with issues affecting my left hand coordination pretty bad, I think aiming with mouse but moving with a PS5 joystick would be way better! Sadly with my controller connected to macOS, it only offers kb/mouse input.

I've ran runs with both. Tbh Mouse and Keyboard will give you better aim, but the controller isn't bad. I sometimes run controller if I just wanna grind some daily's and lean back in the chair. Also within the last year, controller aiming has gotten MUCH better for this game.
