Harmonic Staff ?
I know you added some items. Found an Harmonic Staff with charges. Havent figured out what it does yet

Harmonic Gem in BT3 would refill spell points. I imagine this is the same.

well then i should keep this one for my transfer to BT3, because it has a crapload of charges

Just use it. There are other Harmonic items added in bt2 you can also find.
