Hash disappeared?

I did Hash's quest to make the training dummies; they're by the dungeon entrance now, but Hash is gone. It's been multiple in-game days now and he still hasn't returned. I tried exiting in and out of the game, of course, but that didn't help at all. How do I get him back?

UPDATE: Just went ahead and reinstalled the game, and he's back now! Not sure what triggered him to disappear to begin with, though.

I'm currently experiencing this issue in a multiplayer game. Hash has disappeared entirely, and no longer shows up in the cave.

Same. He never appeared in the first place..
