Cake Recipe

How do I obtain the cake recipe? I'm on the carrot cake quest, but when I go to my stone oven, I can't even make a regular cake yet.... ???? Thanks

There are no Crafting Recipes at my Decoration Workbench

So you don't make a cake & then take it to the workbench to decorate it?

Says on the wiki it takes 1 Cake x 10 Carrots x 1 Green Dye to make a carrot cake.... where do I get the cake from then if not from the oven? I am so confused.

In other words, how do I unlock the cake recipe? Just regular cake.

im sorry i didn't get that you needed just the base cake. it should be in the stone oven; you are right. it might be a bug.

You might also try checking with Roman in case you need to upgrade/ unlock something related to the recipes

Was this cake bug ever resolved? I'm having the same problem.

There are a few requirements in order to get the cake recipe to make more cakes. I know you need to the Miller and the baker, James. You also need to buy the blueprint from Roman for the decoration station. The fandom wiki has a quest list on how to get it if you want to check that out.
