Where are the artifacts?

I have the quest from the Wanderer to search the ruins for 5 artifacts, but I can't for the life of me find any artifacts in the ruins. I've cut down everything in the courtyard and even found the 5 antique items, but it still says I have 0/5 artifacts. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks!

If you're talking about the museum quests, the antiques are the artifacts. You just gotta go inside the wanderer's house and plop them in the display case.

Unfortunately, I'm not talking about the museum quests. I'm further back. I can't get the 5 artifacts for the Wanderer to get the code to enter the cave where I assume the museum is.

Is this the cave he's standing near? I think the code is actually a puzzle you solve by the doorway - look for some pillars with little buttons on them. Once inside that cave the 5 artifacts are strewn about inside hope this helps!

there are 4 stone pillars with dots on them touch them in order from 1-4

That solved the mystery! Based on the dialog surrounding this quest, I thought you needed to first find the 5 artifacts to get the code to enter. But I was wrong! Thanks for your help!
