Minor Quibble: Armor color layering
It is SUPER ANNOYING that you can't customize the color of your troops because the color of the armor piece they are wearing mixes with the color of your customization.

For example, if you want to color your Assault/Snipers as purple because your Assaults are red and your Snipers are yellow - you can't do that because most assault armors are blue.

I agree. Trying to color code my guys to help me during battle, and the way armor works so many parts that show up the most on screen can't be changed.

Yeah, some armor keep their base colors and won't change. The acolyte armors, for example. Also, the living armor. Oh how I wanted to paint it green for a more poisonous look :(

I know right? My favorite part about XCom was being able to identify each of my troops with a glance.

If this were a launch day issue, I'd let it slide and assume this was a snag that would be fixed over time, and not let it affect my opinion of the game otherwise. But a year after release, this just seems sloppy and annoying.

Implementing a feature that can be consistently used as intended is actually worse than not implementing a feature at all.

Sure its a minor thing. Its a minor thing that shouldn't still be an issue after all this time.
