How to Start PP with Mods after mods disabled?

Hi, I reinstalled Phoenix Point and subscribed to a few mods. However, the starting splash page, offering to play PP with or w/o mods, no longer appears. I must have clicked before uninstalling, to Always Use this option (start without mods). How do I reverse this?

The List at bottom f Main Page screen ain't there? Try "Verifying Files" from the game Icon in Steam.

after you reinstall/verify files click the option of play phoenix point with mods;on main menu click mod activate it;quit to desktop(some mod require restart to activate it);then go to play phoenix point with mod again.
