Well then WHY didn't you post a listing of what the Mod does, and When & How to Activate it in Game in this Post? That will help keep players from thinking you are a Hacker too.
That said, I tried a very similar Nexus Mod that worked like yours is designed to do. Then GM was updated, and Steam made the Game Crash when any NEXUS MODS were loading with the game start.
The mod is upto date and works on the latest version of the game. Instructions on how to run it can also be found in the mod page.
To be accurate the mod is called a Re-balance but it is a overhaul. To be even more accurate it is a collection of many smaller mods I made and I plan to release them separately.
