I'll update in a minute for links but first one is the (deprecated) expansion pass content.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1619320/Phoenix_Point__Expansion_Pass/
*edit* bleh, it seems the expansion pass link is blocked on forums. Probably only still visible for users that purchased it (as I had). You can search the steam store for "phoenix point expansion pass" to see for yourself the difference in content with the complete edition.
Anyway, expansion pass bundled the 3 DLCs that are not free DLCs, which are all the non-free DLCs of the complete edition bundle. So if you have base game and expansion pass, you already own all of the content of the complete edition.
As an alternative, for future reference, if you go on the store page of the complete edition, in the list of items included in the bundle, you can mouseover each item one by one and it will tell you if they are already in your library.
Thanks for your response, friend, but since I have the game on GOG, the store page does not tell me what content I have. But apparently I do have the 6 dlcs, I vaguely remembered that there was a screen in the game where you could see the installed content, but I couldn't find it, it is shown when starting the game, hehehe...
