the base Perception is 35 and I add pandoran skill double Perception it become 105...how does that work?

I think what's happening here is that for some reason instead of multiplying 35x2 to get a 70 it just adds raw +70 so 35+70 = 105.

Honestly sounds like bad code more than anything else to me.
