Is modding available for those who have the Epic store version?

It's a given the steam workshop is just for the steam version of the game. But how about modding? I'm thinking about upgrading my Epic version to complete edition (day 1 buy to me, in that time it was an Epic exclusive), but not if I can only mod the game in the steam version.

To OP:

Modding has been available for everyone, both here on Steam and on EGS, for a long time now. Although it is Streamlined for Steam users, as of the latest patch.

You need to go to Nexus Mods...

...then manually download and follow instructions on mod pages to install any mod you might like.

The only problem is... for now the Steam Workshop for Phoenix Point is empty aside from the Devs' own mod.

As said before me you can get mods for Epic Games Store version from Nexus.
