Nexus and Steam Workshop

Is there a way to combine mods from steam workshop and nexus ? ... have not yet managed with modnix

[Just me n my pc...]

I installed all I use with Modnix and they all work with the new "with mods" switch. I followed the install instructions around here somewhere...
